Important: Digital Products
Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once access is granted. However, we handle genuine issues on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible for Refund
- ✓ Product significantly differs from description
- ✓ File is corrupted or cannot be accessed
- ✓ Download link is broken or expired
- ✓ Duplicate charge for same product
- ✓ Never received access after payment
- ✓ Technical issue preventing access
Not Eligible for Refund
- ✗ Changed mind after accessing
- ✗ Didn't read product description
- ✗ Already downloaded the content
- ✗ Request after 7 days of purchase
- ✗ Didn't like the product style
- ✗ Found similar free content elsewhere
Refund Process
Reach out to the creator directly via their contact info. Most issues can be resolved quickly this way.
Include: Order ID, purchase email, and detailed reason for the refund request.
We review your request within 3-5 business days and communicate the decision.
Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds at our discretion if:
- Only part of the product is affected by the issue
- The buyer has accessed significant portions of the content
- A reasonable compromise can be reached
Creator Obligations
Creators are expected to:
- Respond to buyer inquiries within 48 hours
- Honor legitimate refund requests promptly
- Provide accurate product descriptions
Note: Repeated refund requests for a creator's products may trigger account review.
